Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts must be submitted in LaTeX (.tex) format using the journal template, or as a PDF for initial review.
- LaTeX submissions should include all source files (.tex, .bib, images, .sty) in a single ZIP archive.
- All figures must be high-resolution (300 DPI minimum) in PNG, PDF, or EPS format.
- References must use numeric citation style with square brackets: [1], [2,3], [4-6].
- Use the \begin{thebibliography}{99} environment for the reference list.
Structure
Research articles should follow this general structure:
- Abstract (150-250 words) with keywords
- Introduction — problem statement, motivation, contributions
- Related Work — prior art and positioning
- Methods — computational approach, data, model architecture
- Experiments — setup, baselines, evaluation metrics, results
- Discussion — biological significance, limitations
- Conclusion — summary and future work
- Data and Code Availability — links to repositories
Reproducibility
Authors are strongly encouraged to:
- Provide source code on GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms
- Deposit datasets in public repositories (GEO, PDB, Zenodo, etc.)
- Include sufficient detail for independent reproduction of results
Review Policy
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Each manuscript is evaluated by 2-3 independent reviewers. Authors should not include identifying information in the submission version.
Article Processing Charges
An APC of $99 USD applies upon acceptance. Fee waivers are available for researchers from low-income countries and active platform reviewers.
Ethical Requirements
- Studies involving human data must comply with applicable ethics regulations and declare IRB approval where required.
- Use of AI-generated text must be disclosed.
- All sources must be properly cited; plagiarism will result in rejection.
